What is sold

Virtual items and features for the game Pokeslime: crystals, packs and subscriptions. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other players.

Payment

Payment is made only in Telegram Stars through the Telegram payment window. The price is shown before you pay. The purchase arrives in the game as soon as Telegram confirms the payment.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews every 30 days until you cancel it. You can cancel renewal in the game or in Telegram settings; the paid period stays active until it ends.

Refunds

You can request a refund of Stars within 14 days of purchase: use /paysupport in @PokeSlimeDemoBot or write to [email protected]. The Stars return to your Telegram balance, and what the purchase granted is removed from the game. If it has already been spent, the remainder is removed and new purchases are paused until the matter is settled with support. Refunds made through Apple or Google are handled the same way.

Changes

We may change these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date. Earlier purchases remain under the terms in force at the time.
